The title says it all if you have problems maintaining a great posture, deep breathing, or range of motion in the upper body this routine will not only address all the necessary stretches needed it will focus on back. When the back is tight the shoulders pick up the slack. The shoulders are vulnerable and the joint is shallow, so if this is your area of trouble this is the routine for you.
